How do I book my first appointment?

Where are you located and is parking available?
We’re at 2778 Washington Blvd in Arlington, VA 22201, on Washington Boulevard with easy access from Clarendon and Ballston and convenient parking nearby.
What are your office hours?
We’re open Monday through Friday 8:00am–7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am–1:00pm. We’re closed Sundays.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes — we accept most major insurance plans, including those commonly carried by federal employees and military families in the Arlington and DC area. Our front desk verifies your benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises.
